At Sip Me Up & Treats, we stand behind every small-batch coffee, tea, and cookie we craft. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
To request a refund:
- Contact us at support@sipmeuptreats.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Let us know what you ordered and why you'd like a refund
- We'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
Please note:
- All products — including opened coffee, tea, and cookies — are covered under our 30-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked.
- We do not accept returns on items damaged due to improper storage
- Bundle discounts are non-refundable on partial returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us right away.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
For safety and quality reasons, items with opened packaging would be ineligible for returns.

If you want a different item, the quickest method is:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be instantly issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
